Hi, I’m Kat Campbell — founder of HowardHelen and a lifelong believer that work can (and should!) be a place where people thrive.
I’ve spent my career building better workplaces, from the trading floors of Morgan Stanley, to consulting for IBM to the scrappy hallways of startups. I love turning complex problems into simple, people-first solutions.
At heart, I’m data-driven and human-centered — obsessed with making the employee experience clearer, fairer, and maybe even a little more joyful.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me on my yoga mat, chasing my toddlers, or watching a Michigan football game.
